1. Are your products Natural?
Yes. All De Louise Naturals products are handmade using natural ingredients, that include, botanical herbs, organic/natural oils and butters, and essential oils. Some of our products do contain subtle amounts fragrance oils.
2. Do I need a paypal account to place an order?
No, you do not need a paypal account to purchase your products, papal also accepts debit/credit cards.
3. How long will my order take?
Because our products are handmade fresh, please allow 7-10 days to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email notifying you of date of dispatch along with tracking/delivery information.
4. Is your hair natural or do you have a relaxer/texturizer?
My hair is at the transitioining stage from relaxed to natural.
5. Do any of your products contain parabens, mineral oil, lanolin oil or petroleum?
No! We are pleased to announce that our product do not contain mineral Oil, lanolin, paraffin, petroleum, silicones, or artificial colorants.
Our products contain only all natural ingredients which include, but are not limited to, organic herbs, essential oils, exotic oils and
butters.
6. My hair isn't natural. Can your products be used on relaxed and texturized hair?
Yes! Our products are formulated to be used by afro hair types, whether your hair is natural, relaxed, transitioning, texturized or color treated. You'll achieve results that our customers with natural hair have obtained and that's supple, hydrated and protected tresses.
7. Are your products safe to use my childs hair?
Yes! they are safety assessed and suitable to use on children aged 7 upwards
