Does anyone have any tips and/or recipes for natural care of african american skin?!?
I’m 16, and I would like to begin to take care of my skin better.
I believe that I have combination skin.
I would like to do this as naturally as possible.
Eat right, go light on the junk and fried foods, drink plenty of plain water, get regular exercise (even if it’s just walking), take a multivitamin, and use shea butter on your skin.
